Welcome to IsleAtlas
IsleAtlas is a desktop application developed and published by Islemonics. By purchasing, downloading, or using IsleAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Table of Contents
1. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Islemonics grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use IsleAtlas on devices you own or control.
License Grant Includes:
- Personal or commercial use on your own projects
- Installation on multiple devices you own
- 1 year of software updates (Pro license)
- Use within your organization for authorized team members
License Does NOT Include:
- Rights to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
- Rights to redistribute or resell the software or license
- Rights to use for malicious, criminal, or exploitative purposes
- Removal or modification of copyright notices or branding
2. Purchase & Payment
Pricing
IsleAtlas Pro is available as a one-time purchase for $29 USD, which includes:
- Lifetime access to IsleAtlas Pro features
- 1 year of software updates
- Use on all your devices
- Optional renewal for continued updates ($19/year after first year)
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Islemonics does not store your payment information.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final. No refunds are provided after license key delivery.
License Key Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive your license key via email and on the purchase confirmation page. Store this key securely - you will need it to activate IsleAtlas Pro.
3. Permitted Use
You may use IsleAtlas for:
- Security Auditing: Scanning your own code and projects for vulnerabilities
- Dependency Management: Tracking npm package versions across your projects
- Development Teams: Ensuring code security within your organization
- Compliance: Meeting security requirements and industry standards
- Education: Learning about software security in authorized environments
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT use IsleAtlas for:
- Criminal Activity: Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Unauthorized Access: Scanning or attacking systems you don't own or have permission to test
- Malware Development: Creating or distributing malicious software
- Exploitation: Child exploitation, human trafficking, or any form of abuse
- Harassment: Cyber stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment

5. Updates & Support
Software Updates
- Pro License: Includes 1 year of software updates from purchase date
- After 1 Year: Software continues to work; optional $19/year renewal for continued updates
- Free Version: Receives critical security updates only
Technical Support
Email support is available at support@isleatlas.com. While we strive to respond quickly, support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed response times.
6. License Termination
By You
You may stop using IsleAtlas at any time. Uninstalling the software does not entitle you to a refund.
By Us
We may terminate your license immediately without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Use IsleAtlas for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the software
- Share your license key with unauthorized users
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using IsleAtlas and delete all copies.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
ISLEATLAS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLEMONICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of vulnerability data
- Warranties that use of the software will prevent security breaches
YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR USE OF ISLEATLAS. IsleAtlas is a tool to assist with security auditing but does not guarantee detection of all vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLEMONICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use IsleAtlas
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the software
- Security breaches that occur despite using IsleAtlas
- Any conduct or content of any third party
IN NO EVENT SHALL ISLEMONICS'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ISLEATLAS IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (I.E., $29).
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using IsleAtlas, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of IsleAtlas shall be resolved through informal resolution first. If that fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as our software evolves. For material changes, we'll provide at least 30 days advance notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.
